In BTU's Incoming Division, you will be served by the most experienced and competent incoming travel specialists in Austria. From our office in downtown Vienna, we organize incoming services and individual programs for FITs and groups throughout Austria as well as the adjacent regions – the former "crown lands" of the empire, with such attractive destinations as Prague, Karlovy Vary, Cesky Krumlov, Budapest and Bratislava.

We can also make comprehensive tourism arrangements and book hotel rooms and/or apartments for guests who wish to remain in Austria for an extended period, as well as luxury buses, transfers, multilingual tour guides, tickets for admission to festivals, concerts, opera and theater performances.
