As a participant at a major congress or as organiser of your own conference – we take care of travel arrangements, accommodation, conference locations, accompanying events for you, and much more. You can register electronically, or access the conference database via smartphone and code. Our team of specialists provides advice based on their extensive experience, and comes up with the best and most economical solution for you.

Database management

For your travel and event projects BTU offers individually customised databases which can be accessed with a password over secure networks. At the press of a button you can call up a current list of participants, with the services they are going to make use of (or already have), and check that you are still within budget. The information can be summarised and sorted by participant, employee, cost centre or location.

For larger events we can make use of quota management for travel arrangements, accommodation and accounting. You determine who can access which information. Much information is collected online in a database and daily updates can be downloaded.
