Smartphone App “MyWay by BTU”
“MyWay by BTU” is an app for mobile devices (Android and iOS). The app is an in-house development in cooperation with Austrian tech provider Tourist Mobile GmbH in Innsbruck. It has been specially developed for business and frequent travellers. It is only available for BTU customers and is the perfect solution for anyone who wants to bundle the latest travel information and services at the right time in a single app. The needs of a traveller from the DACH region are specially taken into account.
“MyWay by BTU” automatically monitors air and rail travel and notifies you in the event of delays, cancellations or changes to the saved trip. Security alerts from crisis specialist A3M warn you in the event of terrorist threats, natural disasters or acute incidents on site.
Our app offers:
Mobile itinerary with all details of booked flights, train journeys, hotels and rental cars
Real-time notifications for flights and rail travel (delays, gate changes, cancellations) via push message or e-mail
Check-in reminder depending on the approval of the airlines (usually 48/24 hours before departure)
Online check-in assistant with partial prefilling of the form fields
Direct access to existing contact information of travel elements (telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, website of the service provider)
General security alerts from A3M Global Monitoring in case of events such as terrorist threats, natural disasters, riots or strikes as well as country-specific COVID-19 updates
Rail: DB online and mobile tickets, ÖBB travel plan, Rail & Fly
