China Airlines introduces new route

From December 12th to January 28th, the Taiwanese airline is offering improved connections to Sydney via Taipei. This new connection should allow more flexibility in travel planning. The flights depart from Vienna at 11:00 a.m. on Mondays and Fridays and reach Sydney the following day at 8:05 p.m. local time. The return flight takes place on Sundays and Thursdays from Sydney at 2:25 p.m., arriving in Vienna the next morning at 6:05 a.m.

SWISS is expanding its long-haul network to include two new destinations

SWISS will add two new long-haul destinations to its flight program from Zurich for the 2024 summer flight schedule: The US capital Washington D.C. and the Canadian metropolis of Toronto will complement the route network.The connection from Zurich to Washington, D.C. will begin at the end of March and is offered daily. Departure from Zurich is scheduled at 1:00 p.m., with arrival in Washington at 4:20 p.m. The return flight takes off at 8:45 p.m. and lands in Zurich at 10:50 a.m. the following day.The new direct connection to Toronto is initially only planned for the summer flight schedule. From May 10, 2024, there will be daily flights except Mondays and Wednesdays. Departure time from Zurich is at 9:55 a.m. and arrival in Toronto is at 1:00 p.m. The return flight to Zurich departs at 4:35 p.m., landing at 6:30 a.m. the following day.

Turkish Airlines will expand route network

Turkish Airlines will launch a new service to Osaka from December 12, 2023. Flights from Istanbul to Osaka operate four times a week, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Furthermore, from October 29th, the frequencies for flights from Istanbul to Bangkok will be increased from 14 to 21 flights per week. In addition, the flight connection from Istanbul to Seychelles will be added to the schedule, starting from October 30 with the availability of three weekly flights.
